All estimates are done using the ADP’s ShopLink software. Digital cameras are used for express claims to send ICBC the information as quickly as possible. We will give you a free written estimate for your claim being it private, ICBC express or another insurance company while you wait. When you come to the office for an estimate please bring your claim number and insurance information.

Ladner Auto Body guarantees that all repairs performed under their claim number have been completed to acceptable industry standards. This guarantee protects against workmanship or materials.

Coverage for damage caused by or resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance or care of the vehicle is excluded. Provided the described vehicle remains owned and registered to the individual named this guarantee is valid from the date of issue.

For the life of the vehicle on body and paint repairs; and
For 90 days on mechanical parts that were repaired or replaced.
